General Information

This is an extremely variable Tortrix moth, with many named forms.


Wingspan: c. 20 mm.
Flying: Two generations, June-August and March (hibernates)
National status: Common

Regional Information

Recorded in 35 (13%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.

Last recorded in January 2024
