General Information

This species can only reliably be distinguished from the similar species by genital dissection.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.
Both sexes come to light.

Wingspan: 15-21 mm
Foodplant(s): Broom (Cytisus scoparius)
Flying: One generation, April-June
UK Presence: Resident
National status: Common
