This species was only recently discovered but it has spread rapidly throughout the UK and the rusty-coloured leaves caused by the leaf mines are now a familar sight in Horse Chestnut trees in mid to late summer.
Recorded in 196 (72.6%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
