General Information

This species is similar to R. buoliana, but has more strongly marked costa.


Wingspan: 16-23 mm.
Foodplant(s): Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris)
Flying: Two overlapping generations, June-August
National status: Common

Recorded in 34 (12.6%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
