General Information

The larvae create a narrow brownish mine, later moving to a broader mine in another leaf.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.

Wingspan: 8-10mm
Foodplant(s): False Brome (Brachypodium sylvaticum), Upright Brome (Bromopsis erecta), grasses
Flying: Two generations, April-July and August

Habitat

Woodland rides and borders.

Regional Information
