General Information

Pupates in a cocoon attached to a twig or stem.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.
Both sexes come to light but in small numbers only.

Forewing length: 13-15mm.
Foodplant(s): arboreal lichen
Flying: One generation, late June-early August

Habitat

Woodland, parkland, scrub, hedgerows and old orchards.

Regional Information

Recorded in 112 (41.5%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
