It is believed that this species can sometimes overwinter in the UK.

Overwinters as Doesn't overwinter in the UK.
Both sexes readily come to light, sometimes in numbers.
Often disturbed during day

As an immigrant, almost anywhere.

Recorded in 207 (76.7%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
