General Information

The larvae produce a short, contorted gallery mine.


Wingspan: 7-9mm
Foodplant(s): hawthorns (Crataegus spp.), pears (Pyrus spp.), Wild Service-tree (Sorbus torminalis), Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia), Apple (Malus domestica)
Flying: One generation, May-June

Habitat

Woodland.
