Pupates in leaf litter or loose soil.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes come to light.

Forewing length: 14-16mm.
Foodplant(s): Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), Heather (Calluna vulgaris)
Flying: One generation, late May-early August
