Pupates in loose soil.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes readily come to light, sometimes in numbers.
Often disturbed during day

Foodplant(s): Downy Birch (Betula pubescens), Silver Birch (Betula pendula), Alder (Alnus glutinosa)

Birch woodland and scrub.
