General Information

Pupates in a white cocoon in a curled leaf or between two leaves.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes readily come to light, sometimes in numbers.
Flies during the day

Forewing length: 12-17mm.
Foodplant(s): Beech (Fagus sylvatica)
Flying: Two generations, May-June and July-September

Beech woodland.
