General Information

This species is similar to members of the Yponomeutidae family except that it doesn't have black spots on the thorax and has a pure white fringe on the hindwing.


Wingspan: 27-33 mm.
Foodplant(s): thistles (Carduus spp.)
Flying: One generation, June-July
National status: Common
