General Information

This species is very difficult to distinguish from several of the other greyish-brown Coleophorid species. Examination of the genitalia is usually necessary.

The larvae have a distinctive feeding pattern, creating small holes in the leaves of the foodplant. A case is then created which is replaced as the larva grows.

Both sexes come to light.
