This moth has a bronzy brown forewing with a clearly defined triangular spot before the tornus.
The larvae produce a fine hair-like mine from the midrib of a leaf. It then cuts an oval case from a short broad gallery before descending to the ground to pupate.
Recorded in 11 (4.1%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
