General Information

Fascia white with yellow outer edge.

Larvae create a narrow blotch mine at first, becoming broader over full width of leaf.


Wingspan: 8-10mm
Foodplant(s): Tufted Hair-grass (Deschampsia cespitosa), Tall Fescue (Festuca arundinacea)
Flying: One/two overlapping generations, May-September

Habitat

Deciduous woodland and woodland edges.
