Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes come to light.

Forewing length: 14-17mm.
Foodplant(s): Traveller's-joy (Clematis vitalba)
Flying: Two generations, May-June and August

Habitat

Woodland margins, hedgerows and chalk downs.

Regional Information

Recorded in 60 (22.2%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
