Pupates in leaf litter.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes come to light.
Flies during the day

Foodplant(s): Common Milkwort (Polygala vulgaris), Heath Milkwort (Polygala serpyllifolia), Lousewort (Pedicularis sylvatica)

Habitat

Grassland on chalky soil, heathland, moorland, woodland rides and coastal sand-dunes.

Regional Information

Recorded in 3 (1.1%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
