General Information

This is a rather plain, ochreous Tortrix. It can be distinguished by its small size, indistinct markings and two small dark spots on the dorsum.


Wingspan: male 13-17mm, female 15-19mm
Foodplant(s): privets (Ligustrum spp.)
Flying: One/two generations, June-August and September
National status: Common

Habitat

Gardens and hedgerows.
