General Information

The larvae create a mine initially from the leaf tip downwards covering full width of leaf, then product an irregular central line.

Foodplant(s): Wood Small-reed (Calamagrostis epigejos), Smooth Meadow-grass (Poa pratensis), Reed Canary-grass (Phalaris arundinacea), grasses
Flying: Two/three overlapping generations, April-September

Damp fenland.
