General Information

This species has a dark purple/bronze forewing with several whitish markings.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.
Flies during the day

Wingspan: 11-14mm.
Foodplant(s): Wild Strawberry (Fragaria vesca), Water Avens (Geum rivale), Rosaceae (Rosaceae spp.)
Flying: One generation, May-June

Habitat

Damp woodland clearings.
