Pupates in loose soil.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes come to light.

Forewing length: 14-16mm.
Foodplant(s): Lady's Bedstraw (Galium verum), Hedge Bedstraw (Galium mollugo)
Flying: One generation, mid June-early August
UK Presence: Resident
National status: Local

Habitat

Woodland margins, chalky downland and grassland.

Regional Information

Recorded in 10 (3.7%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.

Last recorded in June 2008
