Pupates in loose soil.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes come to light but in small numbers only.

Forewing length: 12-13mm.
Foodplant(s): Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris)
Flying: One generation, July-August

Habitat

Dry pastures and suburban habitats.

Recorded in 47 (17.4%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
