Pupates in leaf litter.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.
Both sexes come to light.

Forewing length: 12-15mm.

Habitat

Open areas in woodland, fens, marshes, reed-beds and ditch-banks.

Recorded in 77 (28.5%) of the 270 2km squares of Huntingdonshire.
