This species is a rare immigrant to the UK and is unable to overwinter.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.
Both sexes come to light.

Forewing length: 19-21mm.
Foodplant(s): Wild Strawberry (Fragaria vesca), Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)
Flying: Two generations, May-June and August-September
UK Presence: Immigrant
National status: Uncommon/Rare
