Pupates high up on the food plant.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.
Both sexes come to light.

Forewing length: 19-22mm.
Foodplant(s): honeysuckles (Lonicera spp.), Ash (Fraxinus excelsior), Wild Privet (Ligustrum vulgare)
Flying: One/two generations, late June-July and August-mid September

Broadleaved woodland and scrub.
