General Information

Although very similar to A.francillana this species can be distinguished by the broader and less oblique markings to the forewing.


Wingspan: 14-17 mm.
Foodplant(s): Hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla)
Flying: One generation, June-July

Habitat

Waste ground, woodland fringes and hedgerows.
